Creative Direction & Experience Design
Led the evolution of the gala’s creative direction in collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, shaping a immersive, performance-driven environment that aligned with THHM’s brand, fundraising strategy, and cultural positioning. Designed the dynamic stage environment to support live performances, storytelling moments, and high-impact donor engagement.
Show Design & Run of Show Leadership
Directed the end-to-end run of show, structuring the evening to seamlessly integrate performances, honoree moments, fundraising beats, and cultural storytelling. Crafted pacing and transitions to elevate key moments, including major announcements and donations, ensuring a cohesive and emotionally resonant program.Integrated Production & Stakeholder Management
Led coordination across internal departments and external partners, aligning production, content, and programming into a unified execution plan. Facilitated ongoing working sessions to maintain clarity across creative, technical, and operational priorities while adapting to evolving event needs.Technical & Media Execution
Oversaw the integration of large-scale media systems, including stage visuals, screen content, and live playback environments. Partnered with venue and production teams to ensure all technical elements supported the storytelling vision and operated seamlessly across rehearsals and live execution.Content & Asset Oversight
Directed the development and delivery of all event assets, including video content, motion graphics, audio, and performance elements, ensuring consistency across brand, narrative, and technical specifications. Managed timelines and approvals to align with show flow and production milestones.Talent & Program Execution
Served as a key liaison for talent, performers, and speakers, managing show integration, timing, and backstage coordination. Ensured all participants were aligned with the program flow and supported in delivering high-impact moments throughout the evening.Performances include: DJ Cassidy, Sainted, Doug E. On-Site Production Leadership
Oversaw load-in, rehearsals, and live show execution, maintaining control of technical cues, show pacing, and production teams. Acted as a central decision-maker on-site to troubleshoot in real time and ensure a polished, seamless experience.Fundraising Moment Design
Helped shape and execute key fundraising moments within the program, including high-impact donor announcements such as Nas’ $2M contribution, ensuring they landed with clarity, emotion, and maximum audience engagement.
